With this track, I endeavoured to weave an experimental tapestry of sound that transports the listener to the mythical Druid city of Dinas Affaraon. The tale commences as our valiant adventurer—a druid apprentice—awakens in a quaint woodland cottage, packs his/her belongings, and embarks on a mystical journey towards the legendary city. Guided by the gentle whispers of magic, they traverse through a series of whimsical mini adventures and enchanted realms, their heart buoyed by the promise of discovery, though the path remains veiled in mystery.

The inception of this auditory narrative was akin to crafting the imaginative scenery for a cinematic tapestry. Engaging in a series of meditative trances, I ventured through each leg of this mythical journey. Employing innovative technology, my bodily electrical signals during meditation were captured and transmuted into midi sequences. These pulses of energy, resonating with the ancient whispers of Druidic lore, became the essence of the musical narrative.

Venturing further into the realms of sonic alchemy, I employed a myriad of sound processing techniques. The essence captured from my meditative states was nurtured through self-designed synthesizers, while modular and granular sound effects enriched the auditory scenery. The gentle caress of tape echoes and delays intertwined with the core narrative, evoking the ethereal ambiance of the Druidic realms.

As I wandered through the wild, verdant heart of Devon, envisioning myself on this mystical journey, I recorded the symphony of my body's electrical signals as they danced in harmony with the ancient spirits of trees and plants. These field recordings, laden with the whispers of nature, were meticulously interwoven with the core musical narrative, breathing life into the mythic journey towards Dinas Affaraon.

The culmination of this project involved a tender process of stitching and sculpting the recorded chapters, crafting a sonic tale that beckons the listener towards the enchanted heart of Druidic lore. This track encapsulates a magical Druidic symphonia, manifested through the harmony of my body’s resonances, self-designed synths, and the organic tapestry of nature’s whispers. The fusion of field recordings, imbued with voices and magical resonances captured amidst the serene beauty of nature, enriches the narrative, rendering a truly immersive auditory experience.
